Here you can find Imperfect Cell at level 30, but beware, Cell can absorb you! Each time cell absorbs you his level increases by 2. And if he Absorbs Android 17 then he turns into Semi-perfect form. And after that if he Absorbs 18 he turns into Perfect form.

Note: If Cell Absorbs the Androids they will no longer stay in your team.

Here is the list of attacks and Items Cell has:-

1. Absorption
2. Super Kamehameha
3. Explosion
4. Special Beam Canon

If you unlock the secret hideout in Barge falls, You can access Perfect Cell directly. He will be at Level 50.
